About us
Stonevale is a community Minecraft server run by the Stonevale team. Stonevale is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Your account
You sign in with your e-mail address; there is no password. Keep access to your mailbox safe – anyone who can read your e-mail can sign in.
Under 16? Ask a parent or guardian first. One account per person, please.
Community content
You keep the rights to what you write. By posting you allow us to show it on Stonevale.
Posts and comments must follow the Vale Code. We may review, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break the rules.
The store
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. You pay through Mollie or Stripe.
Store items are ranks, cosmetics and supporter perks. They only make the game more convenient for the buyer and do not give a competitive advantage over other players, in line with the Minecraft Usage Guidelines. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Items are digital content delivered right after payment. By checking the box at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started (Art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).
If something wasn't delivered or went wrong, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. If a payment is reversed (chargeback/refund), the item is removed again.
Perks may change when the server changes (for example a new Minecraft version or plugin). We will keep the spirit of what you bought.
A ban for breaking the rules does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Availability
We do our best to keep the server and website online, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, unless the law says otherwise.
Law
Dutch law applies. As a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of the law of your own country.
