Questions & answers
How fast will I get my item?
Usually within a minute after paying. The Minecraft server checks for new purchases every few seconds.
Do I need to be online?
For most items, yes – join the server and it will be delivered automatically. If you are offline, it simply waits for you.
I already have a rank. Can I upgrade?
Yes. Buy the higher rank and you keep everything – the highest rank you own is the one shown in chat.
Can I buy something for a friend?
Yes! Choose “A gift for another player” and type their Minecraft name.
I am a parent – what should I know?
Ranks only add convenience for your own child – nothing gives an edge over other players, there are no loot boxes, and every order gets a receipt by e-mail. Read more on our page for parents.
Something went wrong. Can I get a refund?
If an item wasn’t delivered or something else went wrong, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
